As a High School Mathematics Mentor (SMA) at PT Tras Tekno Indonesia, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging math lessons tailored to the needs of students in grades 10-12. You will use a variety of teaching tools, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and real-world applications, to make complex math concepts accessible and enjoyable. By leveraging your expertise and enthusiasm, you will help students develop a deep understanding of mathematical principles and build confidence in their problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging math lessons for students in grades 10-12, using a variety of teaching methodologies and tools.
• Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and tests to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mathematics education, and incorporate new strategies into your teaching.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
• Participate in school-wide events and initiatives, such as math competitions and academic support programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of math curricula, aligning with national and school standards.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching high school mathematics, with a strong understanding of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum 2013).
• Proficiency in using educational software and interactive tools, such as GeoGebra, Desmos, and Kahoot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons effectively.
• Passion for mathematics and a commitment to student-centered education.
• Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from the Indonesian Teacher Certification and Evaluation Agency (BPG).
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
