📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Resolve customer issues and provide technical support to ensure a smooth experience for our affiliates.
• Use CRM tools like Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions effectively.
• Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team to gather feedback and improve our affiliate program.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and support metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
• Ensure all customer data is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or affiliate marketing industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Experience with affiliate marketing programs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
