📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the truck fleet, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
• Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and maintenance activities for the fleet.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of fleet activities, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
• Implement and monitor fleet management software and tools.
• Provide training and support to new drivers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.
• Familiarity with fleet management software such as FMS, Google Maps API, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
