In this role, you will be responsible for translating a variety of documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials, to ensure accurate and effective communication between our international clients and local teams. You will also be responsible for interpreting meetings and providing real-time translation to facilitate effective communication. • Translate a wide range of documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials, with a focus on accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Interpret meetings and provide real-time translation to facilitate effective communication between international clients and local teams.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and culturally appropriate.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in translation and interpretation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of translation and interpretation policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of translation and interpretation tools and software.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to translation and interpretation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mandarin-English translation and interpretation.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with translation and interpretation software, such as Trados, memoQ, or Across.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid work visa for Indonesia.
