📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the sales process by providing customers with information about our vehicle inventory and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Process sales transactions, including paperwork and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using our in-house CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable buying experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
