📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep the café clean and organized, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow safety protocols and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving coffee beans and supplies.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols in a food service environment.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
