In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of market access strategies, analyzing market data to identify opportunities and challenges, and developing and implementing market access plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure that our market access initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and implementation of market access strategies and plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of market access initiatives.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop action plans to address them.
• Monitor and report on the performance of market access initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of market access tools and templates, such as reimbursement applications, market access plans, and training materials.
• Provide support to the market access team in the preparation and submission of reimbursement applications and other regulatory documents.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure that market access initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a market access or medical affairs role, preferably in the medical devices industry.
• Strong understanding of market access principles and practices, including reimbursement, pricing, and market access strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and develop action plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with market access tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in market access or medical affairs is a plus.
