📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations.
• Develop and execute environmental management systems, including environmental impact assessments, waste management plans, and pollution control measures.
• Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into all aspects of the mining and alumina refining processes.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in environmental impact studies and consultations with regulatory agencies.
• Ensure that all environmental permits and licenses are obtained and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, with a proven track record in a similar role within the mining or industrial sector.
• Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and international environmental standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP, ArcGIS, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in environmental performance.
