📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the training process.,Assess and certify employees' competency levels based on training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and requirements.
