🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
