📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently to ensure all transactions are processed correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and surrounding counters.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and customer service.,Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cash register software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
