Oversee the care and well-being of patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.,Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the medical team, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each patient.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients, making adjustments to care plans as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all information is readily accessible to the medical team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the services offered by the Home Care Team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.
