📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver high-quality IT services and solutions to clients, ensuring their business objectives are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, helping them to maximize the value of their IT investments.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of IT services, ensuring they meet agreed service levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our service offerings.
  • Provide regular reports to clients and management, highlighting the status of IT services and any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of our IT service delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the PERSOL team and the wider organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a strong background in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure, IT security, IT applications, or IT business analysis.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services and solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, is a plus.
  • Professional certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL Expert or Certified IT Service Manager, are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
