📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotions and campaigns.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
