Puskesmas Citra Tea is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare staff. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to improving healthcare services in Samarinda.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to healthcare staff,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure training needs are met,Provide ongoing support and guidance to healthcare staff,Monitor and report on training program outcomes,Collaborate with the HR team to develop training strategies,Stay updated with the latest healthcare training practices and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Familiarity with remote training tools and platforms,Ability to adapt to changing healthcare needs and priorities
