Space Shop Indonesia is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand training needs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Manage and maintain training records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
