Oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the company,Develop and implement business plans and strategies to ensure the company's growth and success,Manage and mentor the management team to ensure they are performing at their best,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors,Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the company is meeting its financial goals,Lead and participate in business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities,Ensure the company's reputation is maintained and enhanced through effective communication and stakeholder management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a General Manager role, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of success in managing and growing a company,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Experience with remote work and virtual teams is a plus
