As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Assess training needs and design programs to address those needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
