📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle all front desk transactions, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.,Manage guest inquiries and complaints, providing timely and efficient solutions.,Supervise and train junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Promote hotel amenities and services to guests, and provide information about local attractions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Mempawah.
