📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of field sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Training and mentoring field sales agents to improve their performance and skills.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Knowledge of local market trends and dynamics.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
