📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Plan and schedule landscaping activities, including lawn care, garden maintenance, and tree trimming.
• Coordinate with pest control experts to ensure all properties are free from pests and maintained in a hygienic environment.
• Supervise and mentor the housekeeping and landscaping team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and landscaping materials.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of properties and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, real estate, or property management industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar property management systems.
• Certification in health and safety regulations, such as ISO 45001 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
