📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align training programs with organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of employees in training programs and provide feedback and support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's talent management strategy.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the learning and development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Understanding of assessment and evaluation methods.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
