📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, including staff and equipment.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the logistics or port industry.,Strong understanding of logistics operations and relevant industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with port operations and relevant software tools is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
