📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
