📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning according to established protocols and standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Assist with the preparation of rooms for guest arrival and departure, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
