📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing and coordinating daily operations of the office.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space, including common areas and restrooms.,Handle and manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.,Provide support to employees with any office-related issues or concerns.,Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and other activities.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Butler.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or administrative environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office equipment and software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
