📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales operations in the Pontianak region,Set and achieve sales targets and goals,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role,Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Pontianak,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
