📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.Train and mentor new staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring it meets company standards.Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the Store Manager.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store improvement initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or coffee shop environment, preferably in a management role.Strong knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.Must be fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
