📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional manner.

Handle inquiries and provide information about our products and services.

Manage and coordinate the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.

Assist with event planning and coordination when necessary.

Monitor and maintain security and safety protocols.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with basic office software and technology.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
