📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the market standards.,Conduct market research and analyze data to ensure the company's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and attractive to top talent.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee communication.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team on compensation and benefits-related matters, including performance management, promotions, and severance packages.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, and share knowledge and insights with the HR team.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software is a plus.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
