📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Assist in merchandising and stock management to ensure optimal product availability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
