Jaya Rama Motor is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. As the Lead Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management and scheduling.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and adherence to health and safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Maintain food costs and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Ensure a positive and productive work environment for the kitchen team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
