📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage vendor and customer payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
