• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers feel valued and understood.
• Report on collections and customer interactions to the team, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Adhere to Home Credit's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Build and maintain a strong community presence in Palopo, representing Home Credit positively.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field-based roles, preferably in collections or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Home Credit's proprietary software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to represent Home Credit positively.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
