📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and supervise the construction of roads and bridges using AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage material procurement and inventory, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Perform quality control checks on construction materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, technical drawings, and other documentation as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety and environmental management plans.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other engineers to solve technical challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and infrastructure engineering, with a focus on road and bridge construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
• Valid professional engineer license (PE) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
